Our AGM took place on Saturday 20th July 2024

This was on zoom, and we made pizzas together, and got down to the  business of the AGM while they cooked.  

An AGM is a requirement under our constitution and charity registration.  We typically have a Chair's report - a review of the past year's activity and plans for the next year.  This is followed by Treasurer's report - what we spent - mostly paying for coaches and sports halls hire, and where the money came in from - mostly from fees paid to attend sessions, and some sponsorships and grants to cover the shortfall.

This is followed by election of the club committee officers - Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Coach co-ordinator, and other committee members.

Chair - thanks to Suzy Foster for filling this role for many years.  She has now stepped down and Matthew Jones is our new chair.
