20th September at Telegraph Woods in West End - we had a guided walk, and litter pick lead by the Telegraph Woods Nature Recovery Group - Many thanks to Russell and Barry. It was great to learn about these woods, right on our doorstep, and the work the group is doing to make it a wonderful place to wander through. We hugged a 500 year old beech tree, and marvelled at a giant redwood. We sat quietly for a few minutes to listen to the sounds of the woods.
